Why does pain keep going after my auto accident?

Ongoing pain may reflect whiplash, a herniated disc, sciatica, radiculopathy, or soft-tissue injury. Medical documentation helps connect symptoms, exam findings, treatment, and progress. A pain management physician reviews the record and decides whether further evaluation or interventional care fits the condition. Medical Documentation for Auto Accident Care in Jonesboro

This page focuses on the records that support ongoing pain care after a motor vehicle collision. The work is for patients with symptoms such as neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica, or nerve pain, and for attorneys coordinating injury records.

Customers need more than a list of visits. They need a record that shows what was found, what care was considered, what treatment occurred, and how symptoms changed. Our team reviews available clinical material and keeps the documentation tied to the patient’s condition.

The buyer decision is whether the record supports the next step. Premier Injury Specialists provides evaluation, interventional treatment, and documentation in one practice, but this service is not a substitute for emergency care or unrelated primary care.

  • Match reported symptoms with examination findings.
  • Record the reason for each treatment decision.
  • Track response after an injection or other intervention.
  • Keep attorney-requested records tied to the clinical file.
  • Identify gaps that need another evaluation or document.

Process

How We Build the Injury Record

1

Review the accident history

We gather the collision history, symptoms, prior care, and patient concerns that shape the evaluation.

2

Assess clinical findings

We document the physical examination and consider how the findings relate to neck, back, nerve, or soft-tissue symptoms.

3

Record the care plan

We explain the recommended plan, which may include interventional treatment such as an epidural steroid injection, facet joint injection, or nerve block.

4

Track the treatment response

We record changes in pain and function after care, then use those findings during follow-up planning.

What This Documentation Service Gives You

A record tied to the injury

Customers receive documentation that links the accident history, symptoms, examination, and treatment plan. This service is the wrong fit for routine primary care or workers’ compensation matters.

Focused collision-injury care

Our practice focuses exclusively on motor vehicle collision injuries. Board-certified pain management physicians use evidence-based interventional pain care when a patient’s condition supports it.

A direct attorney referral path

The staff (Tracy) and the medical folks are very nice. They explain everything to you in plain language before you even get started, and once you see doctor (Dr Scott), the assistant (Areyana) is gentle & sweet. They both will walk you through the entire process verbally, as they go and they make sure you are good before you leave as well. Above & beyond when it comes to bedside manner. Just make sure you don't get lost in the Kroger parking lot, listening to GPS. The clinic is inside Arrowhead across the street, behind Subway.

I had a great experience at premier injury specialist after my car accident. From the moment I walked in, Tracy, the patient coordinator, made sure I understood the process and felt comfortable. Tony, the medical assistant, did an amazing job explaining the procedure in detail, which eased my nerves. Dr. Vyas thoroughly reviewed my MRI and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options. He was very honest and upfront about the procedure, making sure I truly needed the injection before administering it. His transparency and genuine care for my well-being reassured me that this office isn’t just in it for the money — they are truly invested in their patients’ health. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of pain management. They provide exceptional care with professionalism and integrity.

Questions About Injury Documentation and Pain Care

What records may support ongoing pain care after a collision?

Imaging reports, procedure notes, therapy records, and response tracking may support ongoing pain care. Premier Injury Specialists connects those records with the accident history, examination findings, symptoms, and treatment plan. A single document rarely explains the full course by itself. Patients should share available records so the clinical team can identify what supports the next evaluation or treatment decision.

How does the first documentation visit move from intake to completion?

The first visit starts with the accident history, symptoms, prior care, and clinical examination. The care record then identifies the findings, discusses treatment options, and records the agreed plan. Follow-up notes add the patient’s response and any change in function. Patients can schedule an evaluation without a referral in most cases.

Which treatment details belong in a procedure note?

A procedure note records the reason for treatment, the procedure performed, and the patient’s response. Our team may document epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, occipital nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, or joint injections when clinically appropriate. The note supports continuity between the procedure, follow-up visit, and care plan.

When should an attorney request clinical records?

An attorney should request clinical records when the injury claim needs a connected account of evaluation and treatment. Our team can coordinate documentation directly with referring attorneys after the required authorization is completed. The request should identify the client and relevant dates or services. Medical records do not replace legal advice or emergency medical care.

Why might a care record need follow-up after an injection?

Follow-up shows whether the patient’s pain and function changed after the injection. Response tracking helps the physician decide whether the plan needs review, continued care, or another evaluation. Patients should report relief, continuing symptoms, and any new concern. Results vary, so one procedure note does not predict every patient’s outcome.

Does this service include imaging referrals or treatment decisions?

The practice evaluates the injury and discusses imaging or treatment decisions when the clinical picture supports them. A referral or procedure is not automatic because the examination and medical history guide the plan. Patients receive an explanation of the findings and available options. Our focus is collision-related injury care, not general primary care.

Can MedPay or an attorney lien cover treatment for Medical Documentation?

Treatment may be billed through MedPay or an attorney lien, depending on the patient’s situation. Our team discusses the available billing path during the consultation and records the arrangement separately from the clinical findings. Coverage decisions belong to the applicable policy or legal agreement. Patients should bring relevant insurance or attorney information.
